Exchanges

Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is returned because it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- For exchanges, customers will need to pay for return shipping, but Crazeins may offer free shipping on the replacement item as a courtesy.
